1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuildPromptKit (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BuildPromptKit provides a library of AI prompts for building websites and applications. Some content is available for free with daily usage limits; premium content is unlocked by a one-time Lifetime purchase. There is no subscription.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and must not share your account with others.

4. License & Acceptable Use

When you copy a prompt from the Service, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own projects, personal or commercial. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish prompts as a collection;
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from the Service;
• Share premium content with people who have not purchased it;
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Payments

Lifetime access is a single one-time payment, billed through Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel — you will never be billed again for the access you bought. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by the merchant of record at checkout.

Prices may change for future purchasers. A price change never affects access you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the content, payments are generally non-refundable once premium content has been accessed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by BuildPromptKit and protected by intellectual property laws. Outputs you create with the prompts belong to you.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Prompt results depend on third-party AI tools we do not control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildPromptKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Term, Suspension & Termination

These terms take effect when you first access the Service and remain in force for as long as you use it or hold an account.

You may terminate at any time. Stop using the Service, or ask us to close your account. Because Lifetime access is a one-time purchase there is no subscription to cancel; closing your account ends your access to it.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. This includes reselling or redistributing prompts, scraping or bulk-downloading content, sharing premium content or account credentials with people who have not purchased access, attempting to circumvent usage limits or payment, and any use that violates applicable law. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will normally give you notice and a chance to correct it first; for serious or repeated breaches, for fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where continued access would harm the Service or other users, we may act immediately and without prior notice.

Consequences of termination for breach. Your account and any licence granted under Section 4 end immediately, and you must stop using content obtained from the Service. Fees already paid are not refunded and Lifetime access is forfeited — this is a consequence of the breach, not a penalty charge, and it does not affect your statutory rights. We may also block future registrations, remove content you contributed, and recover from you any losses, costs and legal fees caused by the breach. Serious breaches may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Termination by us without cause. We may also discontinue the Service or close your account for reasons unrelated to breach. If we do so within 12 months of your Lifetime purchase, we will refund it in full; after that we will refund on a pro-rata basis over a 36-month reference period.

Sections 4 (License & Acceptable Use, as to restrictions), 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability) and this Section 9 survive termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
