1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

  • Account data — your email address and optional display name, provided when you sign in with email, Google, or GitHub.
  • Usage data — prompts you view, copy, or favorite, used to power your dashboard, history, and daily free-copy limits.
  • Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we keep only order records (plan, amount, status).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Authenticate you and keep your account secure;
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • Send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts);
  • Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF token for security. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the following processors:

  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery;
  • Neon — database hosting;
  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • Google / GitHub — optional OAuth sign-in.

Each processes data under its own privacy policy and appropriate data-processing agreements.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us; order records may be retained where required for tax and accounting purposes.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Database access is restricted and credentialed. Payment credentials never touch our servers.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
